Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient full body treatment that works on the energy pathways throughout the entire body with massage work, acupressure points, and gentle yoga stretches. It helps to relieve muscular tension, improve circulation, boost the energy system, and bring the body back to alignment and its natural state of balance.

 

During this workshop, you will work with a partner taking turns to massage each other and apply all of the exercises learned during our two hours together. No yoga or massage experience needed.  Bring a partner, or we are happy to find you one in class.
